  • Working Principle

    Based on Pascal's principle, pressure is transmitted through a closed hydraulic system, and a small area piston is used to drive a large area piston to achieve low input force conversion into high output force. During operation, the hydraulic pump pressurizes the piston rod to extend and lift the aircraft; when the pressure is released, the hydraulic oil flows back and the jack slowly descends.

    Pre-check: Confirm that the jack has no leakage and the hydraulic oil is sufficient
    Positioning: Aim at the structural support point of the aircraft fuselage or wing (refer to the maintenance manual of the model for details)
    Lifting: Slowly pressurize, multiple jacks need to be controlled synchronously
    Locking: After lifting to the working position, lock the safety helmet to prevent accidental descent (do not rely solely on the hydraulic system)
    Return: Move the reversing valve handle to the descending position, the jack gradually releases pressure, and the piston rod slowly descends
    Precautions: Do not overload or eccentrically load to prevent structural deformation

    Regular inspection: Seal replacement cycle (500 hours), regular inspection of hydraulic oil cleanliness
    Calibration: Pressure and height accuracy calibration once a year
    Storage: Retract the piston rod, apply anti-rust oil, and avoid humid environment
